1. Services

Merashad Photography provides professional photography services, including but not limited to:

• Event Photography

• Portrait Photography

• Photography consultations

• Digital image delivery

• Related photography services

Service availability may vary depending on scheduling, location, and other factors.

 

2. Booking & Payments

Appointments are confirmed upon acceptance by Merashad Photography.

A deposit may be required to reserve your session or event date. Deposits are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Remaining balances are due according to the terms outlined in your booking agreement or invoice.

Failure to submit payment may result in cancellation of services or delayed delivery of photographs.

 

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients should provide as much notice as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule.

Rescheduling is subject to photographer availability.

Deposits may be forfeited for cancellations made within the timeframe specified in your booking agreement.

Merashad Photography reserves the right to reschedule due to severe weather, emergencies, illness, or circumstances beyond our control.

 

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate booking information.

• Arrive on time for scheduled sessions.

• Obtain any required permits or permissions for photography locations when applicable.

• Ensure that event schedules and locations are communicated accurately.

We are not responsible for missed images caused by delays, schedule changes, venue restrictions, or circumstances outside our control.

 

5. Copyright

Unless otherwise stated in writing, all photographs remain the intellectual property of Merashad Photography and are protected by United States copyright law.

Purchasing photography services does not transfer copyright ownership.

 

6. Client Usage Rights

Clients receive a license to use delivered images for personal use unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Commercial use, resale, editing beyond standard cropping or resizing, or redistribution requires prior written permission.

 

7. Promotional Use

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Merashad Photography may use photographs for:

• Portfolio display

• Website galleries

• Social media

• Marketing materials

• Advertising

Clients may request that certain images remain private by notifying us before the photography session.

 

8. Image Delivery

Final edited photographs will be delivered within the estimated timeframe discussed during booking.

Delivery times may vary depending on workload, event size, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Raw (unedited) image files are not included unless specifically stated in a written agreement.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

While we take every reasonable precaution to provide high-quality photography services, Merashad Photography shall not be liable for:

• Equipment failure

• Data loss beyond reasonable control

• Weather conditions

• Venue restrictions

• Acts of nature

• Delays caused by third parties

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the affected photography services.

 

10. Website Use

You agree not to:

• Use the website for unlawful purposes.

• Attempt to interfere with website functionality.

• Upload malicious software or harmful content.

• Copy website content without written permission.
